The plant is designed to produce 200 t / h of road mix with the finished product at an initial humidity of 4% and 160 ° C under the following standard conditions:
The temperature of the units at the entrance to the dryer more than 10ºC
• Height above sea level
• The average density of feed aggregates is 1,650 kg / m3
• Liquid fuel No: 6 calorific value ≥ 9.200 kCal / kg
• Liquid fuel No: 4 calorific value ≥ 9.700 kCal / kg
• Calorific value of diesel fuel ≥ 10.200 kcal / kg
• Calorific value of natural gas ≥ 7,600 kcal / kg
• Temperature increase of hot units 160 K
• The content of residual moisture in a mixture of 0.3%
• Maximum. size of units 40 mm
• Feedthrough screen material 3 mm 35%
• Material feedthrough screen 80 m 8%
• Cumulative specific heat% 0.21 kcal / kg º C
• Production rate includes all recovered filler and an average of 5% in bitumen with added mass.
• Material is not porous and hygroscopic with normal form
• Tolerance for production in accordance with environmental conditions and parameters ± 10%
